Design bureau of special instrument engineering (KBSP) develops and manufactures devices and equipment for security printed product quality control in production and circulation to solve criminalistics operational and expert tasks, in the interests on Earth and interplanetary space exploration.
KBSP devices designed for physical quantity measurements shall be approved by Gosstandart of Russia as measuring equipment, registered in the State Register of Measuring Equipment and provided with metrological support when in service.
In addition to job-proven solutions delivery and customization Design bureau of special instrument engineering develops and manufactures customer-requested technical equipment.
This table when testing the device "DMe-03" standard alloy samples, including test needles, and other analytical methods previously analyzed samples. The first samples were subjected to testing alloys mentioned in the Russian Federation State Standard GOST P 51152-98 "Alloys based on precious metals fashion jewelery".
When using the tables and comparing the results on the test samples indicated in the tables is necessary, in order to improve the reliability of testing:
As the research of different types of alloys of this table will be constantly updated in subsequent editions.

«Specialized Equipment Engineering Design Bureau» working with a number of industrial enterprises and public sector organizations in the development and delivery of parts for these special instruments and equipment.
Among them - the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, «Goznak» Enterprise Roscosmos, Russian Federal Security Service, the Ministry of Defence of Russia, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and others.
Development of technical means is conducted, usually in close cooperation with our customers, which makes the product quality characteristics as close to the customer requirements.
Compact spectrophotometer CSP, based on acousto-optical tunable filter is designed to measure the relative diffuse reflectance spectra of flat nonluminescent surfaces of various materials ( paper, cardboard, plastic) , coatings , food samples in the near-infrared region of the optical spectrum. The instrument allows the positioning of the surface measured with the help of built-in color video camera output spectra measured on its own display, transmit data on the measured objects to a personal computer for later comparison, research and detailed analysis.

Sterling silver – very soft, ductile metal, the best metal conducts heat and electricity.
Silver alloys are used for jewelry and household items, coins, glassware.
Silver is used to cover their other metals, as well as electronic components in order to improve their electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion.
In an air atmosphere is not oxidized nor at room temperature or under heating.
Observed items blackening result of the formation on the surface of the black silver sulfide Ag2S.
Dissolved in concentrated nitric acid.

Gold bullion standard GOST-28058 weight from 11,000.0 to 13,300.0. Made of brand AuA-1P, AuA-1,AuA-2 and AuA-3.
Ingots brand of evil and AuA-1P and AuA-1 must contain not less than the gold of 99.99%. AuA-2 not less than 99.98%, AuA-3 - not less than 99.95%. Direct destructive analytical method allows to determine the gold content of the gold ingots with an accuracy of 0.05 - 0.03%, so the high marks in ingots controlled impurity content of the following: silver, platinum, palladium, copper, iron, zinc, bismuth, tin, manganese, chromium, nickel, antimony, rhodium, silicon, and magnesium. Their amount does not exceed 0.01% (AuA-1P and AuA-1, and bullion brand of AuA-1P further restricted the content of platinum, palladium, copper, lead, iron, zinc, bismuth, tin, antimony and rhodium - 0 0005% in total 0,001 in gold other brands).
GOST-28058 requires control of all of the above impurities, most often associated with gold ore in the localities. However, in practice the ingot may contain other impurities in amounts comparable to the above. This leads to the fact that the value of the electrochemical potentials, indicating instruments « DMe-03 » Gold bullion on different plants differ. Likewise, they may differ on bullion (OST -117-30-96) from 1g. to 1000g. and there are some differences in the cast and forged bars.
The following values of the potentials are the result of the test instrument "DMe-03" standard and about a thousand ingots, various refineries.
Therefore, when the cooling rate actually used silver and silver casts they had to microlocal level are not uniform in composition, which is very good device feels "DMe-03", where different parts of the surface of the readings can be very different, and it seems that each alloy, the average one particular sample is a mixture of microcrystalline alloys, the higher and lower samples. Prolonged annealing (which makes the old Russian masters) eliminates this heterogeneity, which dramatically increases the quality of the products. Very strong influence on potential silver-copper alloys have impurities of other metals. By GOST 51152-98, "Alloys based on noble metal jewelry jewelry". In these alloys in the table is allowed in the amount of not more than 0.15 - 0.1% of total impurities. Allowed impurities - lead (not more than 0.004 - 0.005%), iron (not more than 0.08 - 0.13%), antimony (not more than 0.002%), bismuth (not more than 0,002%) and oxygen (no more than 0.01 %). But in practice, the content of these impurities in real alloys manufacturers do not monitor (especially oxygen content), leading to a dramatic deterioration of the corrosion properties of alloys (rapid darkening, etc.). Uncontrolled impurities of zinc, cadmium, etc. can sharply (by about 50mV lower potentials U1 and U2 in the alloys, while impurities gold and palladium or platinum can raise the potentials U1 and U2 even to 100-200mV). Such products with a mixture of these metals corrode very little (almost do not darken).

Portable device Devis -Visan allows control security features based on anti-Stokes luminescence. For efficiency labels in the anti-Stokes imaging device used a special laser that provides enhanced anti-Stokes field illumination tags, as well as implemented a shaded area of observation. Security expert from the action of powerful laser radiation invisible achieved a set of measures: from the eyepiece - using a special filter in the observation by the working surface of the device - using two position sensors, switching off the laser device in the separation of the test surface.
Case IDC (Identification Data Capture) produced by KBSP designed to collect identification and biometric data needed for the subsequent manufacture of personal documents, including the state of the sample (with FSUE "Goznak"). Aluminum housing Case IDC protects incoming equipment in it from external influences - moisture, dust, bumps and falls from a small height (0.6 m.). Case IDC mobile and easy to use, works in offline mode, up to 4 hours. Equipment quickly adjusted to the place of work, even by untrained personnel. IDC case can be divided into two work areas - the zone of the operator and the user area.
In the zone of the operator includes the following devices:
Devices for laminating and cutting a document format ID 1. intended for the manufacture of complex multi-layer articles that may include layers of materials with different physical and mechanical properties. Modes lamination (lamination temperature, pressure, residence time during lamination, the holding time during cooling under pressure) can be set over a wide range for optimum results.
Laminating apparatus allow to obtain protective elements on the surface layer of the lamination. Protection elements are relief image, identifiable both visually and to the touch. Relief image can be given by any image, such as a customer's logo.
Felling of documents produced gapless stamp that allows you to receive a flat edge on multi-layer products.
Devices can serve as laboratory equipment, the development of new instruments and for developing optimal technological modes of production of documents on automated lines.
In model 1, bookmark products made by hand in the area of lamination and cutting zone.
Model 1:
Inkjet printer with secure against forgery printing. Implemented on the basis of the printer Epson Stylus Photo R800. Protection against counterfeit printing is carried out through the use of original cartridges with ink protected and specialized software.

What is the originality of the security marking on artistic values determined Devis-18?
There is a hidden marking (drawing invisible tags to support the membership of the subject marked the museum's collection.) The most common example of such means of marking labels are based luminophore
identified by a characteristic glow under ultraviolet radiation. The second level includes the marking label in which to register an identifier requires the use of special analytical equipment, such as Devis-18. Examples of these can serve as a marking means marks on the basis of the infrared or other spectral luminescence characteristics.
